Bug Fixes:
- Include MDMon utility in FOS to allow Raid to build properly.
- Fix potential error throwing from FOG Client when host does not exist.
- Fix schema improperly setting the WEB_ROOT setting to the string WEB_ROOT. This only impacts fresh installs.
