The FOG Team is proud to announce the immediate availability of the fifth release candidate for FOG 1.3.0.

This release candidate addresses issues that were raised by users from their use of the fourth release candidate.

A changelog is available for this from RC-4 and is as follows:

Enhance/Fix - Fix dashboard version updating so all get updated.

Fix - snapin regex issue. addresses . being changed to _

Fix - the user and password checking in the installer for gui usages.

Update - ipxe files to latest pull.

Enhance/Change - Make banner more informative and use only one call to check if
credentials are valid.

Enhance/Change - Make banner a bit more informative and present at the start of the
install process so all can be made aware. This will present for node and server installs as required.

Fix - Properly fix image uploads in regards to locations. Must always use images storage group.

Fix - group snapin taskings so things will work properly.

Enhance/Test - Try to use manager variables by reference.

Change - Attempt ensuring Fedora is using proper repo for package installs.

Fix - deploy date not saving when imaging was complete

Enhance/User Contribution - Add @wayneworkman suggestions to function.sh file via pull request #114

Fix/Improve/Enhance - More testing found some minor issues with Multicast. This fixes it.

Fix/Improve/Enhance - Properly fix multicast so closing out from cancel closes the pids as well.

Fix - Apparently sleeptime wasn't set properly for a while.

Fix - Stop sending non-set variables in strange ways.
